They were all very rough, tough, young, fast, skilled and clever.They made the state face a lot of damage, enough to make us decide to send one among us into their circus. We needed someone rough, tough, young, fast, skilled and clever to clash up with them. they needed ME.

And this was the first time that the Blacklist had come out openly, it was the first time that it had Unveiled due to the extraordinary pursuit that took place to lessen the pressure on the racers who were in the middle of a race to claim a position in the blacklist, the pursuit that made history... I don't know about the world but this is surely going to end, i will make sure it ends."
